고온용 변형 게이지 ZF 시리즈는 폴리이미드 수지를 베이스로 사용한 박 게이지입니다. 저항체에는 Ni-Cr계 합금을 사용하여 당사의 독자적인 특수 그리드 형상으로 고온에서의 크리프 특성을 크게 개선하였습니다.
