변형 게이지 전용 리드선

일반 응력 측정에서는 생력화를 위해 대부분 리드선이 있는 변형 게이지가 사용됩니다. 변형 게이지는 고객의 요구에 부응하기 위해 수많은 리드선 변형 게이지를 준비했습니다. 변형 게이지의 대부분의 제품에는 요청하신 리드선을 접속할 수 있습니다. 리드선 연결을 원하실 때는 부담없이 당사에 상담해 주십시오.

 

 

·극세 비닐선
비닐선 중에서도 특히 피복을 얇게 하고 가는 심선을 사용하여 외경이 0.4mm입니다. 좁은 장소의 배선 등에 사용됩니다. 심선에 의해 선을 사용하여 유연하며, 반복적인 굽힘을 받아도 단선이 잘 되지 않습니다.

·실드 달린 비닐선
3개보다 선 비닐 선에 쉴드를 입힌 리드선으로 노이즈를 차폐하는 리드선입니다.

·폴리우레탄선
납땜 인두 등으로 피막을 박리할 수 있으므로 후가공이 가능합니다. 반면, 피막이 약하기 때문에 취급에 주의가 필요합니다.

·폴리에스테르 선
폴리우레탄 선에 비해 피막재에 강도가 있기 때문에, 피막의 박리에는 전용 박리제가 필요합니다.
(인두로 피막의 박리는 불가능합니다.)

·폴리이미드선
폴리에스테르선에비해더욱피막제를강하게한리드선입니다. (인두로 피막의 박리는 불가능합니다.)
